RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise - no exceptions. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA), obtained by calling 800.795.1513. Returns must be consistent with the Guarantee policies outlined below; some parts may require direct return to the original manufacturer. A restocking fee of 25% is assessed on non-defective merchandise returned for refund; the fee may reduced at the discretion of Cattman Performance if the non-defective merchandise is returned for exchange or credit toward future purchases. Credits or refunds cannot be given until the returned part has been received and inspected.

Parts returned for refund or credit must arrive in original, salable condition. Be very careful with the part during handling and installation. Unless suggested by the installation instructions, do not physically alter any part for installation purposes without consulting Cattman Performance. PARTS MODIFIED OR DAMAGED DURING ATTEMPTED INSTALLATION ARE GENERALLY NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FULL REFUND, IF ANY. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN FOR PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AND OPERATED ON THE CAR. CUSTOM DESIGNED, ENGINEERED AND/OR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS PARTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. Any exceptions to these policies are solely at the discretion of Cattman ventures, LLC.

All freight charges and return shipping arrangements are the customer's responsibility, with the exception of parts that are returned and accepted for repair or replacement under the terms of the materials and workmanship guarantee. In these cases, Cattman Performance will arrange for pickup or reimburse the customer up to the standard outbound shipping/handling fee charged for that part and, if applicable, return the part at our expense. [Note: deal directly with the shipper (UPS, FedEx, etc.) rather than "handy mailbox"-type storefronts to avoid severe overcharging.]
